👋Hi there, thanks for dropping by!
I’m Sachin, Co-founder of AlphaGrid, where we are building digital twins for personalised care by structuring diagnostic data at scale.
Before this, I started a sustainable clothing brand called Ardeo - no business model, no projections, just belief. We grew from B2B (sports centres, academies, corporate kits) to designing and manufacturing over 60 SKUs under our own label.
After Ardeo, I worked across sales, growth, and product roles - figuring out acquisition, retention, monetisation, and how messy the zero-to-one journey really is. I have led product at early-stage startups and scaled-stage ones, before raising $125K pre-seed from Antler Singapore to build AlphaGrid.
Outside of work, I create content (X and Youtube), documenting the founders’ journey, and hit the gym or badminton court when I need to reset.
