👋 Hey, I’m Sachin.
I am the Co-founder of AlphaGrid, where we are building digital twins for precision oncology by structuring diagnostic data at scale - so clinicians can make faster, clearer, and more personalised decisions for every cancer patient.
Before AlphaGrid, I ran a sustainable clothing brand called Ardeo. No business model decks, no fancy projections - just conviction. We went from supplying B2B (sports centres, academies, corporate merch) to designing and manufacturing 60+ SKUs under our own label.
Post-Ardeo, I spent the last few years inside startups across sales, growth, and product, figuring out -
how users actually discover and stay, what makes monetisation work (or fail), and how chaotic and non-linear the 0→1 journey really is.
I have led product at both early-stage and scale-stage companies, and in 2025, I raised a $125K pre-seed round from Antler Singapore to build AlphaGrid.
Outside work, I document my journey and learn in public on X. When I am not thinking about healthcare or startups, you will usually find me at the gym or on a badminton court, trying to earn my next good night’s sleep.
